The objective was to revitalize a neoclassical building, preserving the iconic Casa Palomar Rueda dating back to 1880, in order to promote Mexican customs and traditions. The building's main facade along Madero Street is entirely clad in gray quarry stone, displaying a subtle neoclassical style.

Within this historical context, the complex offers a panoramic view of both traditional and contemporary Mexican culture, transmitting a deep awareness of the nation's history and cherished customs. The underlying idea is to attract and unite people for the creation and appreciation of art and culture. This space serves as a social catalyst, fostering meaningful cultural exchange among visitors, artists, and enthusiasts, thereby enriching the collective understanding of Mexican heritage and creativity.
