This project, situated on Federalismo Avenue in Guadalajara, is strategically located near a soon-to-be bustling hub of pedestrian and vehicular activity. It features diverse programs focused on common regenerative use, addressing the needs of both the city and the neighbourhood. Designed as an open building, it can be adapted over time to meet changing user demands.

Central to the project is the concept of fostering community through interaction. Various common spaces and areas for external engagement have been incorporated to achieve this goal. Emphasizing connection and interconnectivity, the project aims to establish a permanent link with its surroundings, identified after a thorough analysis of deficiencies and opportunities.
